Sherida Shah is the founder of S2 Consulting, a senior consultant, and a strategic partner to growth-minded leaders. With over 20 years of experience across engineering, manufacturing, education, and entrepreneurship, she is known for her ability to assess complex environments, design fit-for-purpose systems, and lead execution with clarity and accountability.

Sherida’s career began in mechanical engineering, where she led high-stakes industrial projects and managed operations in high-pressure, male-dominated environments. This built her resilience, sharpened her problem-solving skills, and shaped her structured,
grounded approach to leadership.

Today, she brings that same rigor to businesses navigating scale, complexity, or change. Her work focuses on aligning strategic goals with operations, designing workflows that drive efficiency, and guiding projects from planning to delivery.
